To ensure the safety of all students on campus and that all rules are followed. To hand out detentions or punishment to those caught breaking rules or harming others.

All members must pass an interview with Kurogane in order to become part of this club.

2 NPC Day Class Students (for Day Class areas only)

✿ All members are referred to as Prefects and are given detention notebooks along with an armband to wear.
✿ Meetings are once a week between 3pm - 4pm on Thursdays for all Prefects. Hunters/vampires meet every Tuesday between 3pm - 4pm.
✿ Other students can defer to Zero in most situations, contact Kurogane for important matters.
✿ For all members there will be regular patrols but normal human Prefects are not allowed to cross into Night Class territory - vampire Prefects are to remain out of sight from the main building while Day Class lessons are in session.
✿ All members must follow the rules they are enforcing.
✿ Violence is prohibited - any members caught starting fights will be suspended from the club for one month for their first offense. Then put on probation for six months. A second offense results in being banned from the club and sent to the Headmaster for further punishment. THIS IS BASED ON THE EXTENT OF THE FIGHT - more serious offenses (ex. use of anti-vampire weapons, vampire abilities) will be judged individually.
